We have adopted a safe training program for both football and cheer. Proper training enriches the experience for players, competitors and spectators alike.  In addition, safety has always been a priority of the Golden Bears. We are the only youth organization in the North Bay that conducts baseline concussion testing for both football and cheer and our coaches have participated in USA Football led safety courses for the past decade.

Are parents still required to volunteer?

Yes, the Golden Bears remain an all-volunteer organization. We rely on parent help to offer our youth the best football and cheer experience in the North Bay.
